Shipping is free of charge to all addresses within Australia and New Zealand. Currently we do not ship outside of these countries.
Orders placed before 9am AEST on a business day will usually be dispatched on the same day. Most orders are received within 2-4 business days. Orders to WA, NT, remote areas or New Zealand may take up to 7 working days.
All orders are sent with Australia Post. Once shipped you will be sent an email with a tracking number for your delivery.
Customers may return items for an exchange or full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that your returned items are not worn, washed, or damaged with the original labels and packaging.
Please go to our Returns Centre to log a return and receive your returns shipping label which you'll need to print and attach to your returns package.
Then head down to your nearest AusPost post box or office. Please allow 2-7 business days for the amount to be credited back to your original form of payment after your return is received by our warehouse.
If you wish to exchange your item(s) for a new size, colour, style, etc. please select “Exchange” as your return reason and then clearly state the item you would like sent to you in the comments box. Once we receive the return we may contact you to clarify which items you would like in exchange or issue you a one time promo code to order new items on our site.
If your item is not received within 30 days, or is received damaged, we will charge your original form of payment.
Returned items must be unwashed/unworn with original tags and packaging and free of any odours or pet hair. (By unworn, we mean items may not be worn for an extensive “outing.” You are of course welcome and encouraged to try on for size at home.)
