Shipping

Please allow 24-48 business hours for warehouse processing after all orders are placed. To CANCEL or MODIFY your order, please contact us at info@comoditi.co. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but we cannot cancel or modify orders that have already shipped.

In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute to the best of our abilities, but we will not be held liable or responsible for carrier delays or errors.

  • New Zealand
  • Asia
  • North America
  • Europe

Shipping in Australia

Shipping is free of charge to all addresses within Australia for orders over $99. Any order less than this will incur a $9 shipping fee. Express shipping is an extra $5. All orders are sent via Australia Post.

Shipping to New Zealand

Shipping is free of charge to all addresses within New Zealand for orders over $200. For orders between $100 - $200 there is a $10 shipping fee and for orders less than this there is a $15 shipping fee. Express shipping is also available. 

International Shipping

For others customers in either Asia, North America or Europe there is a flat rate shipping fee of $35 AUD (about $25 USD).

Return Policy

Customers may return items for an exchange or full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that your returned items are not worn, washed, or damaged with the original labels and packaging.

Please go to our Returns Centre to log a return.

If you are within Australia you will receive a returns shipping label which you'll need to print and attach to your returns package. Then head down to your nearest Australia Post Office.

International orders need to return the goods at their own expense.

Please allow 2-7 business days for the amount to be credited back to your original form of payment after your return is received by our warehouse. If you wish to exchange your item(s) for a new size, colour, style, etc. please select “Exchange” as your return reason and then clearly state the item you would like sent to you in the comments box.

Once we receive the return we may contact you to clarify which items you would like in exchange. If your item is not received at our postal address within 30 days, or is received damaged, we will not refund or exchange your items.

Items purchased during promotional sales

Items purchased during the sales periods: Easter, EOFY, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and Father's Day may be exchanged for a different size or store credit. Sales made in this period are not eligible for refund.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be unwashed/unworn with original tags and packaging and free of any odours or pet hair. (By unworn, we mean items may not be worn for an extensive “outing.” You are of course welcome and encouraged to try on for size at home.)

* Returns must be received at our address within 30 days from the date of transaction when sent form an Australian address. International orders have 45 days. 

* If you return an item that does not meet the above criteria; we can arrange to send the items back to you.
