How does Comoditi ship my order?
Comoditi offers free standard shipping within Australia and takes between 2 and 7 days depending which state you live.
We also ship to New Zealand and internationally which incur extra shipping charges, see our Shipping and Returns page for more details.
Please allow 24-48 business hours for warehouse processing after all orders are placed.
Do you offer promo codes?
We don't offer promo codes anymore. However that's not to say we don't run discounts and promotions. To be notified of sales and to take up any discounted offer you must sign up as a member of Comoditi. Available discounts will be applied directly to your account.

Comoditi HQ is in Shellharbour, NSW, Australia.

Does Comoditi keep my information secure?
The safety of your personal information is extremely important to us. We do not store your credit card information anywhere on our own servers; your payment passes directly and securely through Comoditi to our PCI-DSS-compliant service provider. We take all possible security measures to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorised access.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number for the shipment. You can track your shipments via the carriers tracking page.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
For our standard free shipping within Australia, it will take between 2-7 business days for your order to arrive depending which state you live in.
International orders can take between a week to 3 weeks.
What might cause my order to be delayed?
If the billing information you provided does not match the info your bank has on file (including address + telephone number), it’s likely to create a delay. Additionally, you may experience a delay if your shipping address is different from your billing address, or if you forgot to provide your exact apartment/unit number. If you have not received word from us (via email) within 3 days of placing an order, you may want to check the “Spam” folder of your email account for any Comoditi memos.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, ApplePay, GooglePay and PayPal for all orders.
What is your return policy?
Customers may return items to exchange for something different, or for a full refund within 30 days of purchase within Australia. International orders have 45 days.
Please ensure that your returned items are not worn, washed, or damaged. See our Shipping & Returns page for more info.
Can I cancel or update my order?
Please send an email directly to info@comoditi.co as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched we will cancel the order and refund you straight away. If your order has been sent you'll have to wait for it to arrive and then go through our returns procedure.
Does my package require a signature?
Yes, all orders will require to be signed at delivery.
