HOW DOES COMODITI SHIP MY ORDER?

Comoditi offers free shipping within Australia and New Zealand, which will take 3-8 business days to arrive after your order ships. Please allow 24-48 business hours for warehouse processing after all orders are placed. We use AusPost for our free shipping. Currently we do not ship outside of Australia or New Zealand.

DO YOU OFFER PROMO CODES?

Yes, all the time. First time subscribers to our newsletter receive 10% off their next order straight off the bat. We'll also likely send other discounts at some point or other to our subscriber base as well as new product releases, pre-sales and other updates.

DOES COMODITI.CO KEEP MY INFORMATION SECURE?

The safety of your personal information is extremely important to us. We do not store your credit card information anywhere on our own servers; your payment passes directly and securely through Comoditi to our PCI-DSS-compliant service provider. We take all possible security measures to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorised access.

HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number for the shipment. You can track your shipments via the Auspost tracking page.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO GET HERE?

For our standard free shipping within Australia, it will take anywhere from 3-7 business days for your order to arrive. 

WHAT MIGHT CAUSE MY ORDER TO BE DELAYED?

If the billing information you provided does not match the info your bank has on file (including address + telephone number), it’s likely to create a delay. Additionally, you may experience a delay if your shipping address is different from your billing address, or if you forgot to provide your exact apartment/unit number. If you have not received word from us (via email) within 3 days of placing an order, you may want to check the “Spam” folder of your email account for any Comoditi memos.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal for all orders.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Customers may return items to exchange for something different or for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that your returned items are not worn, washed, or damaged. We’ve prepaid your return postage. Please fill in and include the returns form  with your returns package and attach the AusPost slip to the front. Then head down to your nearest AusPost Office. Please allow 2-7 business days for the refund to be completed after it is received by the warehouse.

CAN I CANCEL OR UPDATE MY ORDER?

Please send an email directly to sales@comoditi.co as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched we will cancel the order and refund you straight away. If your order has been sent you'll have to wait for it to arrive and then go through our returns procedure.

DOES MY PACKAGE REQUIRE A SIGNATURE?

Yes, all orders will require to be signed at delivery.

CONDITIONS:

  • Returned items must be unwashed/unworn with original tags and packaging and free of any odors or pet hair. (By unworn, we mean items may not be worn for an extensive “outing.” You are of course welcome and encourage to try our jeans on for size at home.)
  • Returns must be received at our address within 30 days from the date of transaction.
