SHIPPING:

Shipping is free of charge to all addresses within Australia and New Zealand. Currently we do not ship outside of Australia.

Orders placed before 9am AEST on a business day will usually be dispatched on the same day. Most orders are received within 2-4 business days. Orders to WA, NT or remote areas may take up to 7 working days.

All orders are sent with Australia Post. Once shipped you will be sent an email with a tracking number for your delivery.

RETURN POLICY:

Customers may return items for an exchange or full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that your returned items are not worn, washed, or damaged.

For refunds please select 'Refund' on the included returns form and attach the prepaid AusPost slip to the front. Then head down to your nearest AusPost Office. Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to be credited back to your original form of payment after your return is received by our warehouse.

If you wish to exchange your item(s) for a new size, colour, style, etc. please select “Exchange” on the included returns form. Once we receive the return we will contact you to ask which items you would like in exchange or issue you a one time promo code to order new items on our site.

If your item is not received within 30 days, or is received damaged, we will charge your original form of payment.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned items must be unwashed/unworn with original tags and packaging and free of any odours or pet hair. (By unworn, we mean items may not be worn for an extensive “outing.” You are of course welcome and encouraged to try on for size at home.)

* Returns must be received at our address within 30 days from the date of transaction.
